• Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored therapeutic interventions to clients via online platforms.
• Design and implement treatment plans based on individual client needs, ensuring a personalized approach to mental health care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes, while minimalizing paperwork through efficient systems.
• Utilize a library of therapeutic resources to enhance client sessions and support ongoing client engagement.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and organizational policies.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment modalities as necessary, focusing on evidence-based practices to achieve the desired outcomes.

Our clientele consists of individuals and couples experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management. All clients are pre-screened to ensure stability and low acuity levels, which allows you to work in a focused environment designed to foster positive therapeutic outcomes.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in the state of California.
• No disciplinary actions on your professional license.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and comfortable working independently within a remote setting.
• Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.

• Previous experience managing a caseload of clients in a remote or virtual capacity.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and best practices in teletherapy.
• Having dual or multi-state licensure is advantageous for this role.
