• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique mental health needs of each client.
• Provide ongoing therapy, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the client’s specific challenges and goals.
• Maintain client records and documentation with minimal effort, as our platform facilitates easy data management and paperwork completion.
• Communicate progress and treatment adjustments to clients and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the effectiveness of interventions.
• Utilize a wide array of therapeutic tools available in our extensive library to enrich client sessions and support diverse therapeutic approaches.

Our clients consist primarily of individuals experiencing low to moderate mental health issues who are seeking supportive therapy services. Patients are pre-screened to ensure they are stable enough for virtual care, allowing our clinicians to focus on therapy without the burdens of crisis management. You will have the opportunity to select your client demographic based on your expertise, whether it’s trauma-informed care, anxiety management, or family therapy.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Must be fully licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California with no disciplinary actions on your record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for professional interactions.
• Personal access to a secure, private space for conducting therapy sessions, in adherence to privacy policies.

• Previous experience in managing your own caseload is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and tools is advantageous, though we provide thorough training.
• Certification in dual or multiple states is a bonus.

This full-time role offers an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, alongside a significant sign-on bonus for LCSWs who see their first client within two weeks of onboarding. You’ll also enjoy:
