Job description

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join a credit union organization on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will help drive integrated marketing initiatives from early planning through final delivery, partnering with cross-functional teams to keep campaigns organized, aligned, and moving forward. This opportunity is ideal for a marketing specialist who enjoys balancing execution with coordination and wants to contribute within a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns for financial products and services, guiding projects from initial concept through launch and post-launch follow-up.
• Partner with internal teams, creative resources, digital specialists, and external agencies to keep work progressing according to timelines and campaign goals.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, task tracking, approval paths, and key deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Lead kickoff sessions and ongoing status communication to ensure stakeholders remain informed, aligned, and prepared for upcoming milestones.
• Monitor the movement of campaign materials through review, revision, and release stages to support timely execution.
• Assist in translating marketing direction into clear project plans, documentation, and actionable next steps for delivery teams.
• Work closely with campaign leadership to support active programs, exchange ideas, and apply established best practices to daily execution.
• Offer thoughtful recommendations that strengthen messaging, creative development, and overall campaign performance.
• Build productive working relationships with business partners and stakeholders to support collaboration and smooth project delivery.• 3+ years of experience in digital project management, campaign coordination, or a related marketing operations role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple projects at the same time.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, web, marketing, and external agency partners.
• Working knowledge of digital project workflows and asset tracking, including familiarity with Digital Asset Management tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to keep documentation, approvals, and communications well structured and accurate.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence facilitating meetings and following up on action items.
• Ability to contribute in a team-oriented environment while also handling responsibilities independently and proactively.
