LifeBridge Health is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing and Analytics to join our Marketing team. You will act as a primary care coordinator for surgeons, referring physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care throughout their treatment journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals, service line priorities, and patient engagement objectives.
  • Lead digital marketing platform selection, vendor management, budget oversight, and performance measurement to maximize ROI across channels.
  • Drive innovation by monitoring industry trends, emerging technologies, AI-driven marketing tools, and evolving digital best practices.
  • Oversee the strategy, governance, and continuous optimization of all organizational websites, ensuring a consistent user experience and brand presence.
  • Manage digital patient access initiatives, including online scheduling, live chat, and physician directory optimization to enhance the patient journey.
  • Lead SEO and AI optimization strategies, including local search management, content optimization, and adaptation to search engine and AI platform changes.
  • Direct email marketing programs, audience segmentation, automation workflows, compliance requirements, and campaign performance improvement.
  • Oversee social media strategy, community engagement, online reputation management, and content initiatives to increase visibility and audience engagement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop digital marketing team members while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous professional growth.
  • Build and manage effective partnerships with agencies, vendors, IT, communications, physician services, and marketing teams to support organizational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Experience managing teams and external vendors in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated expertise across core digital marketing disciplines: SEO/AIO, email marketing, social media, web content management, and online advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy and clear executive reporting.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., CMS platforms, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, social media management tools).

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare marketing or a regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with physician directory platforms and patient access tools (online scheduling, live chat).
  • Knowledge of HIPAA considerations as they apply to digital marketing practices.
  • Experience with AI-driven marketing tools and an understanding of how generative AI is reshaping search and content strategy.

Pay Range: $61.35 to $104.72 Based On Experience
