Description
Highway Products seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist who is currently local to the area to join our rapidly growing business in southern Oregon.
JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Specialist will help plan and execute multifaceted digital marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive sales. The candidate will manage customer retention and acquisition campaigns across our email, PPC, and social channels. The candidate will also play a key role in growing sales through our network of online dealers. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the candidate will work closely with our Sales and Creative teams and our digital agency.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop digital lead generation programs that support Highway Products' business objectives.
  • Ensure that marketing campaigns are successfully executed across digital channels.
  • Manage email and social calendars.
  • Utilize MailChimp and Social Pilot to develop email and social campaigns.
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta platforms to monitor campaign performance and site metrics.
  • Distribute social campaigns across relevant channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Partner with Creative Services to optimize UX / UI, landing page design, and site performance. Leverage videos and content where appropriate to create a rich customer experience.
  • Communicate digital plans and results to the Highway Products leadership team.
  • Keep up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Two years of Digital Marketing (email, PPC, social) experience preferred.
  • Google Analytics and Ad Words Certifications preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, tactics, and KPIs.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Self-starter and team player.
