Job description

This position is responsible for the execution, production, and refinement of marketing materials for TowneBank. The Production Artist ensures that all creative assets are produced accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with established brand standards. This role partners closely with other teams to translate concepts into final deliverables while maintaining consistency, quality, and attention to detail across print and digital platforms.
The good-faith compensation range for this role is expected to be $65,000 to $75,000, based on the role, market, internal equity, and candidate qualifications.
Essential Responsibilities:
Production & Execution
  • Prepare and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, ads, presentations, digital assets, signage, and event collateral.
  • Translate creative concepts and design files into final production-ready formats for print, digital, and multimedia use.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, technical specifications, and quality expectations.
  • Perform quality control checks for accuracy, alignment, typography, and brand consistency.

Brand Consistency
  • Apply and uphold TowneBank brand standards and visual identity guidelines across all materials.
  • Ensure consistency across all internal and external communications.
  • Collaborate with designers and leadership to maintain a cohesive visual presence.

File Management & Prepress
  • Prepare print-ready files, including proper formatting, color correction, and resolution optimization.
  • Manage version control and organization of creative assets and templates.
  • Ensure files meet production specifications and deadlines.

Project Coordination & Collaboration
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Partner with designers, copywriters, marketing managers, and external vendors to deliver final assets.
  • Communicate production timelines, requirements, and updates to stakeholders.

Digital Production Support
  • Support digital marketing efforts by producing web graphics, email assets, and social media visuals.
  • Optimize files for web and mobile platforms, ensuring efficient performance and display.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to ensure consistency across platforms.

Core Responsibilities
  • Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any know violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious member and/or account activity.
  • Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification.

Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic production or design, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro).
  • Strong understanding of print production, prepress processes, and digital file preparation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently while following established creative direction.

Physical Requirements:
  • Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally.
  • Exert up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time.
