The Digital Production Manager - Wide Format Specialist leads a mid-size specialized team to oversee wide format print production. This role focuses on managing workflows, equipment, and quality assurance to deliver premium digital prints. With flexible scheduling and advanced print management software, the manager ensures efficient operations while supporting growth into senior management positions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee print production and equipment management for wide format printing
  • Coordinate workflow and ensure quality assurance across projects
  • Manage color calibration and inventory control processes
  • Utilize print management software including Onyx, Summa GoProduce, and VersaWorks
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital print production
  • Associate Degree in Printing Technology or equivalent
  • Expertise in wide format printing and color management
  • Knowledge of prepress workflow, digital printing technologies, and quality control
  • Strong project management, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills
