Lead Analyst, Digital Product Management - North Park HO, Atlanta, GA or Remote
The opportunity:
The Lead Analyst, Digital Product Management, plays a portfolio-level role that enables effective operations, governance, and continuous improvement across enterprise digital platforms. This role partners with business and technical stakeholders to drive intake governance, request classification, delivery coordination, and dashboard-driven operational insight across multiple applications.
The Lead Analyst evaluates incoming requests, including incidents, maintenance items, and configuration changes, and distinguishes operational maintenance from configuration enhancements. The role coordinates incident triage, business impact assessment, and alignment with system administrators, vendors, and managed service providers to ensure timely resolution and platform stability.
The Lead Analyst also supports the structured delivery of strategic initiatives that originated from recurring maintenance needs, enhancement requests, or cross-platform improvement opportunities, ensuring alignment with governance, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
Operating at the product and platform operations layer (not as a ticket-processing support function), the Lead Analyst contributes to portfolio transparency, stakeholder alignment, operational optimization, and applied innovation. The role is expected to proactively identify opportunities to improve platform effectiveness, intake efficiency, governance processes, and the adoption of outcomes by leveraging operational data, dashboards, and stakeholder feedback.
How you will impact Smurfit Westrock:
  • Enable effective operation and governance across a portfolio of enterprise digital platforms
  • Coordinate incident triage, business impact assessment, and alignment with system administrators and managed service providers
  • Evaluate and classify intake requests (incidents, maintenance, configuration enhancements) using defined governance models
  • Translate stakeholder needs and operational issues into structured, actionable delivery inputs
  • Support the structured delivery of strategic initiatives that emerge from maintenance, enhancement, or cross-platform efforts
  • Identify and recommend optimization and innovation opportunities that improve platform effectiveness, efficiency, or adoption
  • Contribute to intake prioritization and portfolio decision workflows
  • Drive dashboard-based operational insight, incident visibility, and adoption tracking
  • Improve platform usage, intake efficiency, and operating practices through continuous improvement

What you need to succeed:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in digital product management, enterprise platform delivery, product operations, or business systems analysis within a corporate environment
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead implementations, enhancements, and operational initiatives from intake through deployment, coordinating across business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams
  • Proven experience managing budgets and delivery commitments, ensuring alignment with enterprise financial controls and established ePMO governance standards
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, release coordination, and continuous improvement practices
  • Ability to evaluate and prioritize competing requests, assess business and operational impact, and make sound recommendations that balance risk, value, and delivery capacity
  • Experience translating operational data, platform metrics, and stakeholder input into clear, actionable reporting, providing insights that enable process optimization and improved business outcomes
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority and partner effectively across business, IT, and vendor teams
  • Comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy, serving as the primary execution lead for assigned platforms while maintaining alignment with IT leadership and governance forums

Preferred (Not Required)
  • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS or vendor-supported platforms
  • Experience working within governance, compliance, or shared-service environments
  • Familiarity with intake and enhancement classification models
  • Experience contributing to platform adoption or operational metrics programs

What we offer:
  • Corporate culture based on integrity, respect, accountability, and excellence.
  • Comprehensive training with numerous learning and development opportunities.
  • An attractive salary reflecting skills, competencies, and potential.
  • A career with a global packaging company where Sustainability, Safety, and Inclusion are business drivers and foundational elements of the daily work.
