Required:

  • 6+ years of consulting, operate, or implementation experience in the insurance industry
  • 2+ years of experience in business process outsourcing or business process as a service related to insurance operations
  • 2+ years of leadership experience defining global resource and coverage models, leverage models, productivity models, and automated solutions such as ticketing and monitoring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or another technology-related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing global service delivery across multiple centers
  • 5+ years of experience applying Software Development Life Cycle methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Rational Unified Process
  • 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following industries: Financial Services, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Technology, Retail, or Media
  • 6+ years of experience presenting recommendations to client stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
