Position Description:

The Digital Advertising Specialist is a positive, detail-oriented, organized individual who is experienced, self-motivated, and able to switch directions quickly while keeping pace with our workflow. This position will be tasked with planning, building, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns that support Whole Latte Love's e-commerce goals, product launches, promotions, brand campaigns, and customer acquisition efforts.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is already proficient in digital advertising platforms and can confidently manage campaigns across Google, Meta, Pinterest, Reddit, and press/media advertising opportunities. Strong problem solving skills, a proactive approach to challenges, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team will be necessary to be successful. In this full-time position, you will work closely with the marketing team, creative team, content team, and leadership.

*Candidates should be prepared to discuss past campaign experience, platform proficiency, reporting examples, and how they have used paid advertising to support e-commerce growth.


Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Building, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, Reddit Ads, and other relevant digital advertising platforms
  • Managing paid search, shopping, display, remarketing, paid social, community-based advertising, and prospecting campaigns
  • Planning campaigns around Whole Latte Love promotions, product launches, seasonal sales, vendor priorities, brand initiatives, and evergreen customer acquisition goals
  • Creating and maintaining campaign structures, audience segments, keyword strategies, product feeds, ad groups, subreddit/community targeting, creative tests, and budget pacing
  • Monitoring campaign performance regularly and making adjustments based on data, customer behavior, promotion timing, inventory needs, and business priorities
  • Tracking key e-commerce advertising metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, AOV, revenue, and customer acquisition cost
  • Reviewing campaign performance daily to identify questions, issues, opportunities, and next steps needed to move projects forward
  • Working with the creative and content teams to request, review, and refine ad creative based on platform best practices and campaign goals
  • Supporting press, media, sponsored content, paid editorial placements, and other paid advertising opportunities when they align with the brand and customer audience
  • Collaborating with the team to identify advertising opportunities around major product categories, vendor brands, new launches, seasonal shopping moments, enthusiast communities, and competitive sale periods
  • Preparing clear performance reports, campaign recaps, and recommendations for the marketing team and leadership
  • Helping identify what is working, what is underperforming, and where the team should shift spend, creative, messaging, or targeting
  • Keeping a pulse on current digital advertising trends, platform changes, privacy updates, e-commerce best practices, and competitor activity within, but not limited to, the coffee industry
  • Maintaining organized campaign notes, reporting documents, budgets, timelines, and performance recaps
