About the Role
We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Product Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences across our web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in user-centered design principles and have experience designing products within eCommerce environments. Experience with B2B eCommerce platforms is highly preferred, though candidates with strong B2C eCommerce or other complex digital product experience will also be considered.
As a Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Business Stakeholders to transform business requirements and user insights into exceptional product experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end design initiatives from discovery and research through wireframing, prototyping, visual design, testing, and implementation.
  • Design intuitive user experiences for web and mobile applications that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define product requirements and deliver user-centered solutions.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Create user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across products.
  • Translate complex business processes into simple, efficient, and scalable user experiences.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of design specifications.
  • Use data, analytics, and customer feedback to drive design decisions and optimize user experiences.
  • Advocate for accessibility, usability, and best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Present and communicate design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Visual Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or related roles.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and successful digital product outcomes.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Experience creating wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience collaborating within Agile product development environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing eCommerce applications or platforms, including product discovery, search, navigation, shopping cart, checkout, order management, account management, or marketplace experiences.
  • Experience with B2B eCommerce platforms involving complex workflows, business purchasing journeys, pricing models, catalogs, procurement processes, or customer account hierarchies.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven design methodologies.
  • Experience designing responsive applications across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Knowledge of design systems, component-based design, and accessibility standards.
  • Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with marketplace, wholesale, supply chain, procurement, or distribution platforms.
  • Familiarity with Design Thinking and Lean UX methodologies.
  • Experience conducting user interviews and customer discovery workshops.
  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping and product experimentation frameworks.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 44,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 154,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
