Job description

Super Company is seeking a Product Designer to help design intuitive, user-centered product experiences in an onsite setting.

Position Summary

As a Product Designer at Super Company, you will collaborate with product, engineering, and other cross-functional partners to shape experiences that solve real user needs. You will translate ideas into clear, thoughtful design concepts and deliver polished experiences across the product lifecycle.

You will be responsible for end-to-end design work—from early discovery and concepting through interaction design, usability considerations, and design delivery—ensuring designs are usable, consistent, and aligned with product goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user and product research to identify needs, define design opportunities, and inform design decisions.

  • Create wireframes, interaction flows, UI designs, and prototypes that communicate ideas clearly.

  • Partner with engineering and product teams to iterate on designs and ensure high-quality implementation.

  • Evaluate usability and quality through testing, feedback, and continuous improvement.

  • Maintain design consistency by applying established design standards and contributing to design system improvements.

Required Qualifications
