How You'll Make an Impact

The Digital Print Operator plays a key role in creating marketing material for an industry leading marketing and data solutions company.

Digital Print Operators sometimes play the role of informal team leader, helping to keep the team on track with the project at hand. They work with other machine operators, maintenance techs, and leadership personnel to execute print campaigns within strict deadlines. Digital Print Operators must be resourceful and execute judgement and initiative to keep things rolling! 

What You'll Achieve

The Digital Print role offers room for development and growth to promote to higher levels of responsibility over time with experience.  You will be a key player in executing print marketing campaigns that keep our client's businesses thriving.

Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Work with continuous Screen inkjet web presses and Xerox print systems
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise and work with other team members (including leadership) to resolve
  • Physically move inventory through different stages of the process
  • Use Logs and other tools to track job progress for each project you work on
  • Follow strict production schedules and maintain strong communication with all necessary stakeholders
Qualifications

Who You Are

  • What you'll bring with you:
  • 1-5 years' experience in digital print production
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, and bend repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Strong awareness of sensitivity of client data and information security issues
  • Safety consciousness - ability to follow all SOPs and safety protocols
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work overtime as needed

 Compensation Range: USD $40,280.00 - USD $48,355.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
