Job DescriptionWeb Press Operator 

We are seeking a Web Press Operator to join their production team in Missouri. This position is responsible for operating and supporting web offset printing equipment in a high-speed production environment.

  • Starting pay: $28/hour

Shift Options
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  • Harris M-1000 BE
  • Harris M-600
  • Multiple roll stand configurations
  • Double-former delivery systems
  • Rotary cutter delivery systems

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and support Harris web offset press equipment
  • Assist with press setup, startup, operation, and shutdown
  • Monitor print quality, color, registration, and overall press performance
  • Work with closed-loop color systems to maintain consistency throughout the run
  • Load, prepare, and monitor paper rolls and roll stands
  • Support web feeding, splicing, folding, cutting, sheeting, and delivery operations
  • Make press adjustments to maintain production quality and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot press issues and communicate problems to the team
  • Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and housekeeping around the press
  • Follow job tickets, production schedules, safety procedures, and quality standards
  • Work closely with press crews, leads, and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications
  • Web offset printing experience preferred
  • Experience with Harris M-1000, Harris M-600, or similar web offset equipment is a plus
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to continue learning
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on color, registration, and quality
  • Ability to follow instructions, job specifications, and safety procedures
  • Comfortable working 2nd or 3rd shift
  • Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Prior experience in print manufacturing, web press, bindery, or production equipment operation is a plus
