KINON is seeking a self-starting, detail-driven Print Production Specialist to join our team in Boynton Beach. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, precision-focused environment and takes pride in producing high-quality printed materials that reflect our commitment to craftsmanship and luxury.


Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain Xerox digital production printers for a range of outputs including catalogs, tri-fold brochures, labels, and custom collateral

• Manage digital file preparation, layout integrity, and print-ready formatting

• Utilize bending, cutting, and finishing equipment to ensure clean, accurate production

• Perform routine quality checks and troubleshoot minor equipment issues

• Maintain organized digital archives and production logs

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and uphold brand standards
Requirements:
• Proven experience with digital print production, preferably on Xerox systems

• Familiarity with finishing equipment (cutters, folders, binders)

• Strong digital file management and layout skills (Adobe Suite proficiency a plus)

• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently

• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
