Job Summary:
The Digital Prepress Technician will be responsible for production and quality control of all plates, assembling content and contract color proofs, and maintaining schedule and data collection sheets.Â
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of a High School diploma or GED/HiSETÂ required.Â
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills required.Â
- Basic computer skills/knowledge required.Â
- Ability to perform work productively and safely.Â
- Reliable; good attendance is required.Â
- Required to work overtime, according to departmental policy.Â
- Must possess ability to work at a rapid pace.Â
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to a maximum of 50 lbs. frequently.Â
- Continuous standing required.Â
- Frequent walking, handling, and reaching/working overhead required.Â
- Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, sitting, crouching, and crawling required.Â
- Good visual acuity and manual dexterity required.Â
- Pass company color perception test.Â
- Must wear hearing protection, eye protection, and safety shoes.Â
Schedule is Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM – 40 hours/week
- Overtime pays time and a half after 40 hours per week
