Catalyst IQ is hiring a Digital Advertising Specialist.

The Digital Advertising Specialist (AI-Fluent) serves as a strategic partner across a portfolio of clients, managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns while leveraging AI and automation to improve performance, efficiency, and scalability.

We're looking for someone who understands digital advertising and is excited about using AI tools to uncover insights, streamline workflows, and drive better results. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, curiosity, strong communication skills, and a willingness to continuously learn as technology evolves.

Responsibilities
  • Create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, and other advertising platforms.
  • Monitor performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign results.
  • Utilize AI tools to support campaign management, reporting, research, content creation, and process improvement.
  • Develop and refine AI-assisted workflows that increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and performance insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Communicate campaign performance, recommendations, and strategic insights in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends, platform updates, and AI technologies relevant to digital advertising.

Qualifications
