Our client, a global sportswear company, is seeking an Operations Manager.

Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Beaverton, OR- Hybrid  

Duration: 12 Months
Pay range: $55 to $60 per hour (DOE)   
 
Job Description:
  • Drive projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, deliverables, and overall project execution.
  • Hold team members accountable for project milestones.
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder management and partnership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support end-to-end project management across all phases of delivery.
  • Support product development and product delivery initiatives.
    Manage and implement operational processes across multiple regions (as applicable).
  • Utilize project and operational tools such as Airtable, Databricks, Cursor (AI), Microsoft Office Suite, Box, and Slack to track and report on project status.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  •  5–10 years of relevant professional experience in project management or operations.
  •  Strong project management experience with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
  • Experience working in a global organization and/or technology/software development environment preferred.
  • PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications preferred.
  • Previous Nike experience not required; candidates with strong project and operations experience from other industries are encouraged to apply.
