This role is ideal for an experienced medical practice manager, clinic manager, healthcare operations manager, office manager, or med spa/wellness practice manager who can lead staff, improve clinic systems, manage front-desk workflows, and take ownership of marketing and lead-generation execution.

What You’ll DoClinic Operations & Staff Leadership

  • Manage front-desk operations, scheduling, patient flow, staff coverage, and overall patient experience.

  • Lead and hold employees accountable through daily check-ins, staff meetings, training, and clear expectations.

  • Create and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and systems.

  • Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency.

  • Ensure the clinics remain organized, productive, professional, and patient-focused throughout business hours.

  • Operate independently and confidently when ownership is not on-site.

Marketing, Advertising & Lead Generation
  • Take ownership of hands-on advertising, promotions, local marketing, and lead-generation efforts.

  • Execute marketing initiatives from start to finish—not just recommend strategies.

  • Coordinate advertising campaigns, offers, messaging, promotions, internal communication, and campaign rollout.

  • Help improve lead response time, appointment scheduling, follow-up processes, and patient conversion opportunities.

  • Monitor marketing results, lead volume, booked appointments, clinic activity, patient retention, and operational metrics.

  • Work with ownership and outside vendors as needed to launch, evaluate, and improve campaigns.

  • Identify opportunities to increase new patient leads, appointments, retention, and clinic visibility—and drive the execution.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Clinic Manager, Medical Office Manager, Practice Manager, Healthcare Operations Manager, Office Manager, or similar healthcare leadership role.

  • Experience managing staff, schedules, front-desk teams, clinic workflows, and daily business operations.

  • Experience with marketing, advertising coordination, lead generation, patient acquisition, or growth initiatives.

  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinic environment.

  • Able to use performance data, lead metrics, scheduling metrics, or operational metrics to improve results.

  • Highly accountable, proactive, and able to follow projects through to completion.

  • Must be able to work full-time, on-site in Lemont, IL.

Preferred Experience
  • Multi-location medical practice, wellness clinic, med spa, functional medicine, private practice, or cash-pay healthcare experience.

  • Experience with social media marketing, digital advertising, Google/Meta ads, local outreach, CRM systems, or lead-management platforms.

  • Experience improving patient retention, lead conversion, customer service, employee performance, or clinic efficiency.

  • Experience in a growing, entrepreneurial, owner-led healthcare practice.

Compensation & Schedule
  • $70,000–$95,000 per year, based on experience.

  • Performance-based bonus opportunities.

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday.

  • On-site role supporting two Lemont-area clinic locations.

  • Growth opportunity into a Director of Operations position.
