RoleOverview:

The Ag Operations Supervisor will lead Agricultural operations, including liquid and dry custom applications, with a strong focus on safety.

  • Supervise operationsand provide daily direction to direct reports.

  • Facilitate and encourage effective communication with the Sales team.

  • Promote safety culture while aligning with internal corporateobjectives.

  • Support andfacilitatefacilitygoals andobjectives.

  • Work with the Location Operations Manager to coordinate the design, installation,operation,and maintenance of equipment.

  • Coordinate annual audit and compliance activities with Location Operations Manager.

  • Assistwith compliance efforts related to DOT, GPS, EHSS, and other regulatory agencies.

  • Ensure that all direct reports areproperly trainedin their necessary duties and suggest training to improve job skills.

  • Promoteapositive work environment and overall employee morale

  • Present a professional image through personal appearance and overall facility cleanliness.

WhatYouBring totheRole:

  • 3+ years of experience

  • Abilityto lead and influencewithstrong communicationand interpersonal skills

  • Ableto handle multiple assignments simultaneouslyand work independently with minimal supervision

  • Ability tocomprehendand communicateEnglish language written policies and procedures

Compensation and Benefits:

  • In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $59,200 - $78,940. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience

  • This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
