As a member of the Design Team, you'll be at the heart of creating that future. Every day, Ford's vehicles, and services support millions of people around the world. You'll craft every touchpoint our customers encounter, designing people and society's needs into the heart of our next generation of out-of-vehicle products, services, and experiences.
This position is responsible for the development and delivery of physical Design Studio Models.
You will get to lead a team of professionals in the development and build of armatures, design intent models and various other physical models in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
What you'll do...
  • Lead studio coordination efforts including work balancing, staffing and other resources.
  • Lead the development of digital and physical model builds.
  • Lead the determination of best tools and techniques to deliver accurate Design executions.
  • Lead the delivery of GPDS deliverables to program timing and Studio constraints.
  • Interface with all levels and functions of the Design team.
  • Lead the delivery of high-quality physical models for management reviews.
  • Develop methods to deliver to deliver high quality digital and physical models with speed and accuracy.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience

The salary range for this position is $115,700 - $192,000.
