Position Overview:
Trilliant Food & Nutrition is looking for an Associate Brand Manager to support strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution for our Nurri product portfolio, including general oversight of Nurri's owned social and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is energized by uncovering consumer insights, contributing to category strategy, and working cross-functionally to bring winning ideas to market.
Responsibilities:
Shopper Marketing & Sales Go-to-Market Execution
• Assist with the development and execution of annual product line strategies and plans.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute go-to-market plans that maximize retail and e-commerce performance.
• Develop retail activation strategies ("shopper marketing") and support promotional execution to drive velocity.
• Lead cross functional team on development and execution of sell sheets and merchandising playbooks.
Social & Digital Platform Management
• Own the strategic direction and content calendar for Nurri's owned social and digital platforms, partnering with agency partners to translate brand priorities into channel-specific content.
• Manage day-to-day agency relationships responsible for content creation, community management, and paid social execution, ensuring deliverables stay on-brand, on-time, and on-budget.
• Review and approve social and digital content for brand voice, tone, and guideline adherence prior to publishing.
• Guide influencer and ambassador partnership strategy, partnering with agency on sourcing, briefing, and performance tracking.
• Monitor social and digital platform performance (organic and paid) and translate learnings into recommendations for the brand team.
Performance Tracking, Reporting & Analysis
• Analyze data and market trends to provide insights and concise recommendations through formal and informal updates.
• Monitor brand KPIs, including sales, market share, distribution, social and digital engagement, and consumer sentiment.
• Prepare regular performance summaries and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Conduct competitive analysis and category research to identify consumer insights and whitespace opportunities.
Brand Execution
• Assist in annual planning and forecasting to inform business strategies and product roadmaps.
• Identify brand-building opportunities across new products, marketing initiatives, and emerging channels.
• Manage brand approvals across packaging and marketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Maintain a clear understanding of the brand's tone, values, and visual identity-and uphold them in all executions.
• Ensure brand strategy and execution align with Nurri's vision and Trilliant's commercial objectives.
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in CPG brand management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Up to 20% travel required.
• CPG beverage and/or nutrition experience, preferred.
• Experience managing, launching or scaling emerging brands, preferred.
• Experience overseeing agency-led social media, content, or influencer marketing programs, preferred.
Hours, Location and Pay:
We offer a competitive base pay rate and benefits package for full-time employees. This role works standard business hours Monday - Friday at our Little Chute, WI manufacturing facility. Additional hours as needed to support business needs. Travel up to 20% required.
