Responsibilities

As a Social Media & Event Manager, you will be responsible for shaping TXT.com's digital presence and organizing impactful events that engage our creator community. You will develop and execute creative campaigns to strengthen our brand and bring creators together.

Managing Social Media – Plan, create, and publish engaging content across our social media channels to grow and activate our community.

Developing Content Strategies – Design campaigns that highlight TXT.com's value for creators and enhance brand awareness.

Interacting with the Community – Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build meaningful relationships with creators and fans.

Planning and Executing Events – Organize online and offline events, meetups, and workshops that connect creators and industry professionals.

Collaborating Across Teams – Work closely with marketing, growth, and creator success teams to align content and event strategies.

Analyzing Performance – Track key social media and event metrics to optimize future initiatives.

Staying Up to Date – Keep up with social media trends, event best practices, and industry developments to ensure TXT.com stays ahead.

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management, event planning, or community building.
