Job description

Position Summary

The Digital Media & Entertainment Manager leads Prairie's Edge Casino Resort's digital marketing, social media, entertainment programming, public relations, and community engagement efforts. This role develops and executes digital marketing strategies, promotes entertainment and special events, manages media partnerships, creates compelling content, and serves as a brand ambassador for the property. Working closely with Marketing and operational teams, the Digital Media & Entertainment Manager helps drive guest engagement, increase visitation, and enhance the overall guest experience.

This is a full-time, salaried position. Salary will be based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. Work schedules will vary based on business needs, including entertainment events, promotions, concerts, and special events. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other non-traditional hours is required to support event operations and guest engagement activities.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, digital advertising, and radio channels.
  • Create engaging written, photographic, and video content that promotes gaming, hotel, dining, entertainment, and special events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with artists, agents, promoters, media partners, and vendors.
  • Coordinate entertainment bookings, concerts, special events, and live performances.
  • Promote events, giveaways, tournaments, and guest engagement initiatives through multiple marketing channels.
  • Support public relations efforts, media outreach, and community engagement activities.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track engagement metrics, and recommend improvements.
  • Serve as an event host or Master of Ceremonies (MC) as needed.
  • Collaborate with departments across the property to support marketing initiatives and organizational goals.
What We're Looking For
  • Associate's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media, Hospitality, Business, or a related field required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Five years of experience in marketing, communications, media, entertainment, hospitality, public relations, or a related field.
  • Three years of experience managing digital marketing, social media, advertising campaigns, or content development.
  • Experience coordinating entertainment, special events, concerts, or public-facing programs preferred.
  • Strong communication, public speaking, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, content creation, and marketing analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
