OVERVIEW
JOB TITLE: Enrollment Digital Experience Intern
LOCATION: St. Paul
PAY RATE: $16.50
HOURS:TBD

JOB SUMMARY
The Enrollment Digital Experience Intern works closely with members of the Enrollment Technology & Analytics team, Enrollment Marketing & Communications, and Undergraduate and Graduate admissions teams. The focus of this position is on optimizing our use of technology that delivers digital experiences to prospective students, including the admissions application, scholarship applications, visit and event sign-up forms, request for information forms, website portals, and other digital sites. This position is located within the division of Strategic Enrollment Management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Update basic configuration of admissions applications, scholarship applications, visit and event sign-up forms, request for information (RFI) forms, website portals, and other digital sites, based on requirements from undergraduate and graduate recruiting teams.
  • Perform and document Quality Assurance (QA) testing for digital experience projects and tickets.
  • Document processes and changes; create user training articles and aids for user capability.
  • Ensure digital accessibility is built into all digital experiences.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be an enrolled and degree seeking student at the University of St. Thomas

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to understand complex processes.
  • Strong written communication and/or documentation experience.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technology.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for student employment, St. Thomas students must be degree seeking at the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels.
