  • Social Media Management: Own, curate, and scale our presence across all major platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.) with consistent, engaging, and relevant content.
  • Content & Brand Creation: Design and produce high-quality visual and written assets utilizing Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Lead Generation Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to leverage digital content into lead generation, ensuring new prospects are seamlessly funneled into our system.
  • Internal Communications: Take ownership of our internal newsletter, transforming it into an engaging resource filled with a variety of relevant company stories, updates, and images.
  • Tech Stack Utilization: Run your daily workflows out of Zoho One and Google Workspace to track metrics, schedule campaigns, and maintain detailed, organized records.

In your first 90 days: Success means you have completely integrated into our culture and deeply understand the products and services Nuvo offers. You have a firm grasp on our target audience and have mastered the specific types of content we want to share both internally and externally.
In your first year: Success means you have created a completely uniform, professional brand image across all social media platforms. The internal newsletter is refined, engaging, and highly anticipated by the team. Most importantly, you have streamlined our digital lead entry process in tandem with the sales team, proving a direct impact on our pipeline.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Location: Ability to work 100% on-site at our office in Clayton, NC.
  • Experience: Proven track record managing professional social media accounts, creating digital content, and driving brand awareness.
  • Design & Tech Savvy: Highly proficient with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Comfortable navigating or quickly learning Zoho One and Google Workspace.
  • Creativity + Strategy: The ability to tell compelling stories that engage the field service industry while keeping an eye on lead generation metrics.
