In addition, you'll collaborate closely with internal specialists-paid media strategists, organic/SEO experts, content creators, developers and designers-to craft high-impact digital marketing initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Strategize, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels for assigned clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by proactively driving digital strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Act as the lead digital strategist for client accounts, overseeing campaign execution across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Develop budget recommendations, campaign goals, and KPIs, ensuring clear performance tracking.
  • Hands-on execution of paid media, SEO, or other digital strategies as needed, in addition to managing internal specialists.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends to guide client strategies and internal best practices.
  • Lead client communication via meetings, reports, and strategic recommendations.
  • Support new client onboarding, case study development, and business development opportunities as needed.
  • Mentor and support Account Coordinators and Digital Strategists in growing their expertise.
  • Ensure all strategies align with performance goals and deliver measurable business impact.

Professional Skills & Qualifications
  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience with expertise in paid and/or organic strategies (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic, etc.) and/or organic search (SEO, content, and website optimization).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other key digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience managing digital marketing budgets with a proven track record of performance-driven results.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Up-to-date certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant platforms (preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage internal teams.
  • Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in presenting strategy and performance insights to client leadership teams.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a focus on driving results and delivering client success.
