We’re hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist for our Communications & Marketing Team.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will turn data into action by powering digital campaigns that advance NH Housing’s mission. In this role, you will:

  • Bring digital campaigns to life by building and launching emails, landing pages, forms, CTAs, and social content in HubSpot, ensuring everything is polished, functional, and ready to make an impact.
  • Own the quality of our audience data by managing contact lists, segmentation, and subscription preferences so the right messages reach the right people at the right time.
  • Partner closely with the Communications team to plan and execute cross-channel campaigns, including paid media, helping turn ideas into thoughtful, effective digital experiences.
  • Turn data into insights by building reports and dashboards in HubSpot and Google Analytics, identifying trends, and making recommendations to continuously improve performance.
  • Champion a consistent and inclusive brand experience by ensuring every communication meets our standards for quality, accessibility, and clarity.

Your experience, skills, and education should include:

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or marketing operations.
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.
  • Preferred: HubSpot certifications; experience in nonprofit or mission‑driven organizations; basic HTML/CSS skills; experience building dashboards or campaign reports.
