Digital Marketing & AI Systems Specialist


Contract Position (1099) | Full-Time | $6,000–$7,000/month

About the Role

This is not a traditional marketing role, operations role, or project management role.

You'll work directly with the founder to design, implement, and support AI systems for consumer goods companies while also helping execute digital marketing initiatives across a portfolio of client brands.

You'll participate in client strategy sessions, coordinate with developers, help build AI-powered workflows, manage implementation projects, contribute to marketing campaigns, and ensure every client has an exceptional experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, loves learning new technology, and wants to grow alongside an ambitious company.



ResponsibilitiesAI Systems & Implementation
  • Help design and implement AI workflows for client organizations
  • Configure and test automations and internal systems
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers
  • Perform quality assurance on new features and workflows
  • Create documentation, SOPs, and training materials
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve client operations through AI
Digital Marketing & Growth
  • Assist with Meta, Google, and other paid media campaigns
  • Support Klaviyo email and SMS marketing initiatives
  • Build and optimize landing pages and marketing assets
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
  • Support client growth initiatives through digital marketing strategy and execution
  • Help create sales enablement materials, presentations, and case studies
Client Success & Project Management
  • Attend client meetings and capture action items
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate communication between clients, developers, and internal stakeholders
  • Become a trusted day-to-day contact for client accounts
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and exceed client expectations
Design & Creative
  • Create polished client-facing presentations and documentation
  • Design simple dashboards, interfaces, and visual assets
  • Contribute to UX/UI improvements across internal and client systems
  • Maintain a high standard of design quality across everything we deliver



Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has experience in several of the following areas:

  • Digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, analytics)
  • Consumer goods, retail, apparel, beauty, or CPG industries
  • Shopify or modern e-commerce platforms
  • AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar
  • Prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows
  • Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
  • Project management and client communication
  • Working alongside developers or technical teams

You don't need to be an expert in every area. Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are more important than checking every box.
