Job description

Position Summary:

Zildjian is seeking a Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Specialist to support the growth of our ecommerce and digital marketing programs across the Zildjian and Vic Firth brands. This role will help execute online merchandising, email and SMS marketing, website updates, digital campaigns, and performance reporting to create engaging customer experiences and drive business results.

Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, the ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who is curious, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their digital marketing and ecommerce experience with iconic global brands.


Key Responsibilities:

  • eCommerce & Merchandising: Support day-to-day ecommerce operations, merchandising updates, product launches, and promotional campaigns across brand websites.
  • CRM & Lifecycle Marketing: Assist with email and SMS marketing programs, including campaign execution, audience segmentation, testing, and reporting.
  • Website Management & Technical Coordination: Coordinate website content updates, quality assurance testing, and ongoing customer experience improvements.
  • Digital & Affiliate Marketing: Support digital marketing initiatives, including paid media and affiliate marketing programs. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, IT, Artist Relations, and external partners to support business objectives and customer engagement.
  • SEO / Marketplace Support: Help optimize product content, digital shelf presentation, SEO, and online customer journeys.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance across ecommerce and marketing channels, providing insights and recommendations.


Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, CRM, or related disciplines.
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms, email marketing tools, and digital analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Curious, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Preferred

  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or SEO tools.
  • Experience with consumer products, lifestyle, music, or technology brands.
