About the Role

Ironmark is seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Digital Marketing Specialist to support the implementation, optimization, and reporting of integrated digital marketing programs across a portfolio of client accounts.

This role is ideal for a well-rounded marketer who enjoys working directly within marketing platforms, websites, advertising systems, analytics tools, and marketing technologies. The Digital Marketing Specialist collaborates closely with Strategists, Account Managers, and channel experts to execute marketing initiatives, support campaign performance, and drive measurable client results.

The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience across multiple digital marketing disciplines and brings a strong foundation in at least one area of expertise, such as paid media, SEO, local marketing, email marketing, analytics, or marketing automation.

What You’ll Do

Multi-Channel Marketing Execution

  • Execute digital marketing initiatives across a variety of client accounts and industries.
  • Implement strategic recommendations developed by Strategists and Account Teams.
  • Manage campaign setup, platform updates, content implementation, and ongoing optimization activities.
  • Build, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across paid media platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other advertising channels.
  • Support SEO implementation, Google Business Profile optimization, local listings management, email marketing campaigns, marketing automation initiatives, and website updates.
  • Assist with display, retargeting, programmatic, DSP, CTV, and OTT campaign execution where applicable.
  • Ensure marketing assets are implemented accurately and consistently across platforms.

Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Support audience creation, campaign testing, budget pacing, conversion tracking, and reporting initiatives.
  • Prepare recurring client reports and performance summaries.
  • Assist with dashboard maintenance, performance analysis, and recommendation development.
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to support client initiatives.

Collaboration & Operations

  • Work closely with Strategists, Account Managers, Designers, Developers, SEO Specialists, Paid Media Specialists, and Content teams.
  • Maintain project documentation, workflow updates, and task management activities.
  • Support onboarding and implementation efforts for new client engagements.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations that improve campaign performance and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, agency marketing, marketing operations, or campaign management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in at least one major digital marketing discipline and working knowledge across multiple marketing channels.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Google Business Profile
  • Marketing Automation Platforms
  • Content Management Systems
  • SEO Tools & Reporting Platforms
  • Experience analyzing performance data and making optimization recommendations.

  • Agency experience supporting multiple client accounts.
  • Experience with paid search, paid social, programmatic advertising, or DSP platforms.
  • Experience supporting local marketing and multi-location businesses.
  • Familiarity with healthcare, multifamily, higher education, franchise, or B2B marketing environments.
  • Experience with Looker Studio, CRM platforms, and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO, local search optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
