  • Lead and optimize the organization’s digital presence across multiple operating companies in Wisconsin and Indiana

  • Serve as primary administrator for multiple operating company websites

  • Develop and maintain accurate, engaging, search-optimized website content

  • Create landing pages for recruitment, admissions, outreach, and marketing initiatives

  • Improve user experience, navigation, accessibility, and website performance

  • Partner with vendors and developers on website enhancements and new functionality

  • Monitor website analytics and recommend continuous improvements

  • Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns for recruitment, admissions, referrals, and community outreach

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and digital outreach materials

  • Coordinate search, display, social, and retargeting advertising campaigns

  • Measure campaign performance and optimize strategies using data and results

  • Support marketing automation and lead nurturing initiatives

  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles across multiple locations
