JOB SUMMARY

Estate Yountville is redefining what it means to stay in Napa Valley, and we’re looking for a marketer who can bring that brand promise to life on property.

The Resort Marketing Manager serves as the on-property marketing lead, responsible for translating brand and marketing strategy into a cohesive, elevated guest experience across the Estate. This role sits at the intersection of brand, design, and resort operations, ensuring that every guest-facing touchpoint reflects the identity, standards, and storytelling of the Estate.

This role goes beyond coordination. It is responsible for owning the physical expression of the brand, leading the marketing layer of on-property programming and events, and producing the creative assets that support both on-property and campaign-driven initiatives.

You’ll work side-by-side with operations, F&B, guest experience, and leadership teams, while serving as the on-property partner to the broader marketing function.

This role is ideal for a highly autonomous operator with a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of hospitality, and the ability to execute at a high level in a dynamic environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Brand Execution & Guest Experience

  • Own the implementation and ongoing refinement of branded elements across the property, including signage, in-room materials, collateral, and experiential touchpoints
  • Partner closely with hotel operations, F&B, housekeeping, and guest experience teams to ensure brand standards are consistently upheld
  • Translate marketing campaigns into on-property execution across all outlets
  • Act as the on-site eyes and ears for the marketing team, proactively identifying opportunities to improve brand continuity and guest experience

Creative Design & Production

  • Design and produce marketing materials including menus, signage, printed collateral, event materials, and promotional assets
  • Develop digital creative assets to support campaigns and on-property initiatives
  • Maintain templates, design systems, and creative asset libraries
  • Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and production partners as needed

Branded Events & Resort Programming

  • Own the marketing and brand execution of on-property events, activations, and seasonal programming
  • Develop event concepts and branded moments that drive demand, increase on-property spend, and enhance the guest experience
  • Ensure all events and activations are executed at a high level and align with Estate Yountville’s brand standards
  • Support the promotion and storytelling of events across on-property and digital channels

Operational Collaboration & Marketing Execution

  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison to on-property teams
  • Coordinate execution of marketing initiatives across departments, ensuring alignment and quality
  • Manage timelines for production and rollout of marketing materials
  • Maintain inventory of branded materials and oversee production cycles
  • Partner with the Sales team to ensure all promotional collateral is consistently on-brand and up to date (from brochures to custom event signage to swag)

Content & Social Media Support

  • Identify and capture content opportunities across the property, including events, culinary, and guest experience moments
  • Support the marketing team with content for social media, PR, and digital channels
  • Help ensure a consistent pipeline of fresh, on-brand content

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years of experience in hospitality marketing, brand management, or experiential marketing
  • Deep understanding of brand experience within luxury or lifestyle hospitality environments
  • Strong project management skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional attention to detail, especially in physical design, signage, and brand touchpoints
  • Comfortable navigating a dynamic hospitality environment and working cross-functionally with operations, F&B, and creative teams
  • Experience with vendor management, signage/print production, or interior brand elements is a plus
  • Positive, clear communicator who thrives in collaborative settings

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the property
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds (camera equipment, lighting, etc.)
  • Ability to bend, reach, and move throughout various areas of the property, including indoor and outdoor spaces
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions

Estate Yountville offers an attractive compensation and benefits package and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team.
