Experience

  • 5+ years experience in sales, growth, or B2B marketing.
  • Experience with SQL, python, and/or other data analysis tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve quality results on time, while working under tight deadlines.
  • Competitive, self-starter and works well within a team environment.
  • High level of interest in technology and supply chain management.
  • Manufacturing or Industrial Logistics domain expertise, a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience in a technical discipline preferred.


Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Kargo’s growth marketing strategy across the full customer lifecycle, using data-driven insights to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion.
  • Mentor a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives to drive pipeline growth.
  • Provide tactical growth and marketing support to our sales team to unlock new opportunities to our largest accounts.
  • Own and optimize campaigns across channels including email, social media, PPC, and more.
  • Manage and improve the performance of digital marketing channels, including paid ads, SEO, content and social media.
  • Manage HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs, optimizing features for lead/pipeline management, marketing automation, tracking and reporting.
  • Track, analyze and report on KPIs, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and refine strategies.
