Get to Know the Opportunity:
The Lead Digital Product Delivery Manager defines product strategy at the channel level and establishes the standard for product delivery excellence across the organization. This senior individual contributor serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership, guiding long-term product vision, AI strategy, delivery practices, and investment decisions that drive business outcomes.
This role is fully remote opportunity.
The Contributions You'll Make:Channel Strategy Leadership
  • Define and communicate a 18-24 month product vision and roadmap for the assigned channel.
  • Establish AI experience strategy and competitive positioning to support business growth and customer value.
  • Present product strategy and secure alignment with executive leadership.
Delivery Excellence
  • Set standards for product specifications, delivery practices, and execution quality across teams.
  • Drive accountability for business outcomes, customer impact, and value realization beyond milestone delivery.
Architecture Influence
  • Partner with engineering leadership on strategic technology decisions, including:
    • Build versus buy evaluations
    • AI system design considerations
    • Architecture trade-offs that influence product outcomes and customer experiences
Executive Partnership
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the VP, Digital Product.
  • Contribute to business cases, investment decisions, and roadmap prioritization activities.
  • Influence channel-level product strategy and long-term planning.
Job Family Leadership
  • Mentor and develop product delivery professionals across multiple career levels.
  • Define capability expectations, career progression frameworks, and best practices for the product delivery discipline.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and delivery excellence.
Minimum Knowledge & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant professional experience, training, and industry-recognized certifications.
  • 8+ years of product management, technical product management, or related product experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership of a product area, portfolio, or channel-level strategy.
  • Deep expertise within retirement and wealth management.
  • Extensive experience defining and executing AI product strategies.
  • Strong technical credibility and ability to influence engineering leadership.
  • Experience partnering with and influencing VP-level stakeholders while operating as an individual contributor.
Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
  • Experience leading large-scale digital product transformation initiatives.
  • Proven success balancing business objectives, customer needs, and technical considerations in strategic decision-making.
  • Experience developing product delivery talent and advancing organizational product management capabilities.

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
