Aircall seeks a Brand Designer to evolve our visual identity and marketing collateral. This role requires a designer proficient in Figma, with expertise in AI-assisted workflows and a strong understanding of design systems. The ideal candidate will develop and implement automated design pipelines, enhancing efficiency and consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute marketing assets, including digital campaigns, website elements, presentations, and print materials, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude, Midjourney) for rapid prototyping, content generation, and design exploration.
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems within Figma, contributing to component libraries and style guides.
  • Implement automation workflows for design tasks, such as asset generation, localization, and content updates, utilizing scripting or Figma plugins.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions.
