To make a significant impact in our region, United Way is looking for dedicated, confident, and compassionate team members who live our shared values of inclusivity, courage, accountability, respect, and excellence.  We partner to design, support, and grow systems that accelerate financial stability and upward mobility for individuals and families living in or near poverty and striving for a brighter future. Our vision is that Central Indiana will be a community where children, individuals and families thrive; neighbors care for each other; and we are proud of all our residents’ quality of life.

  • Execute the strategy, design and development of the new United Way website, ensuring alignment with brand voice, usability standards and audience needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on hosting migration, integrations and UX enhancements.
  • Apply data and UX principles to continually refine navigation, accessibility and conversion performance.

  • Identify opportunities to automate workflows, streamline reporting, and increase efficiency across marketing operations.
  • Stay informed on industry trends in AI, UX, and digital marketing, proactively recommending tactics to enhance visibility, engagement and donor/volunteer experiences.
  • Recommend and pilot digital innovation within the marketing function, sharing best practices and building team capability.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
  • Define, track, and report on digital KPIs in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders.
  • Maintain dashboards that measure web, social, and campaign performance; translate findings into actionable insights. Serve as a cross-functional partner to Philanthropy, Impact, and Communications to ensure digital strategy supports donor, volunteer and advocate for journeys.
  • Support annual marketing planning by providing digital insights and data.

Qualifications (Education & Experience)

Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education where appropriate.

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred; marketing, communications, digital media, or related field preferred.
