Job description

The Position

Operating with a global geographic scope and a 70% strategic focus, the Head of Global Planning Processes DSC acts as the organization-wide design authority for the Diagnostics Division. This position delivers measurable impact by aligning global planning processes with long-term divisional goals and the ASPIRE program framework. You will drive innovation, introduce advanced digital technologies, and harmonize standardized ERP frameworks while navigating complex global matrix structures to achieve operational excellence.

Opportunity
  • Define and drive the strategic vision for state-of-the-art process design across Demand Planning, Distribution-Requirement, Deployment, MRP, and Intercompany Supply Chain networks globally.
  • Serve as the global design authority to align planning processes with long-term divisional objectives and the enterprise-wide ASPIRE program framework.
  • Lead and inspire a highโ€‘performing international team of 10โ€“15 professionals based across Mannheim, Indianapolis, and Rotkreuz, promoting a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
  • Direct the global process portfolio and champion the standardization and business acceptance of our next-generation ERP (SAP/OMP) ecosystems.
  • Establish, influence, and cultivate a robust network of global, regional, and affiliate subject matter experts to maximize collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Partner closely with executive-level stakeholdersโ€”including the DSC and Global Operations Leadership Teamsโ€”to mediate complex matrix requirements and accelerate digital innovation.
Who You Are
  • You hold a Masterโ€™s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable discipline.
  • You bring 7+ years of deep domain expertise in supply chain management, business process architecture, and largeโ€‘scale system implementations (SAP/OMP).
  • You possess a proven track record of executive stakeholder management, with the ability to influence matrixed organizational structures and drive crossโ€‘functional alignment.
  • You are a seasoned people leader with extensive experience managing multi-cultural teams and navigating complex, multiโ€‘year strategic transformation initiatives.
  • You possess strong methodologies in change management and conflict resolution, with a professional certification in Business Process Management (such as ABPMP or equivalent) being highly advantageous.
  • You are fluent in English, with exceptional communication skills to engage seamlessly across our global network.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana Base Pay Range $129,400 - $240,400 Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications and other jobโ€‘related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance, as well as participation in a longโ€‘term incentive program.
