Position Overview
As a Digital Navigator, you will be at the forefront of digital inclusion and meaningful community engagement in Superior. This role is perfect for tech enthusiasts - or aspiring tech enthusiasts eager to learn - who have a knack for teaching and want to make a real impact. You will work daily inside a Hive, in the field at partner sites, and on weekends approximately two days a month, building trusted relationships with Superior residents: rural households, mining community families, tribal members, older adults, and youth. Many participants have limited prior access to technology. Your role is to support them in building independence over time.
This part-time position is based at IDIA's Superior Hive. Hours are consistent week-to-week with some flexibility. Accurate and timely data entry is a core and non-negotiable function of this role - our ability to sustain funding and demonstrate impact depends on it. Typical daily documentation includes 10 to 30 participant interactions depending on site activity.
