Digital & IT Associate Glendale, AZ - 85307 6 months or longer 1st shift: Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Position Summary/Essential Functions: The Digital and IT Associate is an entry-level IT technical position with 1 – 2 years related experience in a technical role working in a team environment. Responsibilities include maintaining and supporting the end users and workstation environment at a specific location or potentially multiple manufacturing plants. The position provides installation, maintenance, and general support of hardware and software at a Tier 2 Level.

It also supports end users with advanced questions or problems by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems in response to submitted support requests. Responsibilities: • Point of contact (POC) for team member deskside support, including PC, printer, network account and access requirements.
