We are hiring a Digital Project Manager for a client in Phoenix, AZ. This is a contract-to-hire role (depending on your performance during the contract, there's a chance of being hired permanently). It offers a hybrid work schedule, working four days on-site and one day remote (no exceptions). Must reside in the Phoenix, AZ area.

Responsibilities
  • Independently manage the entire project life cycle from concept to production and final delivery for both major and minor initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage documentation, resources, scheduling, and project scope.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet marketing goals and project scope.
  • Work creatively and analytically in a critical thinking, strategic, problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
  • Provide status updates on project milestones, deliverables, timelines, resources, risks, and issues.
  • Establish and continuously manage project and program expectations with internal and external partners.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with creative, marketing partners, and external vendors.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, operations, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Preferred, but not mandatory.
  • 4-5+ years of project management experience on an in-house creative team or creative agency account or project management role.
  • Knowledge of cross-functional creative processes and marketing practices.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs, proficient in MAC, and skilled in using MS Office applications.
  • Experience in managing CRM and digital projects.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, capable of setting priorities effectively for yourself and your projects.
  • Experience with Workfront or similar project management tools.
