The Aftermarket Digital Experience team is leading the industry through Excelerator, our cutting-edge eCommerce platform that delivers a seamless search, find, and buy experience, empowering customers to purchase parts, connectivity services, and extended coverage with ease.
We're seeking a Senior Digital Engagement Specialist to shape and execute our engagement strategy. In this role, you'll set a clear vision and identify impactful ways to connect with users across the platform. As new features and capabilities are introduced, you'll ensure teams are equipped with the right resources and training to support successful adoption. You'll lead the development of consistent, scalable training programs that deliver impactful learning experiences across the organization.
Collaboration will be essential, you will partner with cross-functional teams to align goals and expand enablement initiatives. Through continuous measurement and feedback, you'll refine your approach and demonstrate how strategic engagement and training drive confidence, performance, and long-term success.

What You Drive at DTNA

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials for all levels of the organization, including internal staff, dealers, and customers
  • Identify and prioritize training needs, developing a strategic roadmap to support adoption and performance goals
  • Continuously review, validate and refine the training portfolio and roadmap to ensure alignment with learning objectives and evolving business needs
  • Lead the full training project lifecycle from vision and planning through instructional design, pilot testing, and deployment ensuring seamless coordination of resources, communication, and execution
  • Develop engaging training content across multiple formats, including instructor-led sessions, workshops, computer-based training (CBT), and online support tools.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness by measuring return on investment (ROI) and piloting innovative techniques, tools, and delivery methods to enhance learning outcomes

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 4 + years of experience in training, learning & development, digital engagement, or business development
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and fostering effective collaboration across departments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate training strategies and engage stakeholders
  • Skilled in creating compelling, audience-focused presentations using visual storytelling, structured content, and visualization methods
  • Experience designing and delivering scalable training programs tailored to diverse audiences and learning styles
  • Highly self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently while driving projects to completion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with working knowledge of tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience leveraging computer-based training (CBT) tools and digital adoption solutions, such as WalkMe, to develop, deliver, and optimize training programs
  • Expertise in Google Analytics to evaluate user engagement, uncover knowledge gaps, and inform training and enablement initiatives

Exceptional Candidates Might Have

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau, with the ability to build and interpret dashboards to inform strategy
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies, with experience applying them in cross-functional project environments
  • Experience working with DTNA's dealer network or within a similar automotive or manufacturing business
  • Experience with SAP eCommerce Cloud, Jira and Confluence
