Objectives of This Role:   
We are looking for a solutions-oriented digital production leader to elevate the technical delivery of our omnichannel programs and own the digital, development, and data focused processes across our diverse portfolio of business. The right person is the subject-matter expert for the production process and technologies involved in omnichannel program development, infrastructure of websites, mobile apps, marketing automation, email campaigns, data environments, and digital media drivers. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are a must, along with the ability to manage high performing individuals and the larger digital production team with decisive confidence.     
     
Core Responsibilities:     
  • Define and track digital projects for mid-size to large clients. 
  • Define and track schedules and assignments for technical projects using management tools like Jira, Workamajjg, standup documents, etc. 
  • Define and track the digital production process and be able to contribute to requirements with the development team. 
  • Define and track the development planning with the team, and create documentation and process flow as needed. 
  • Define and track documents functional requirements for development projects. 
  • Define and track planning and direction for complex projects as needed. 
  • Act as a point of approval and review to ensure MarTech best practices are being followed, and steps are not being missed. 
  • Define and track the estimation process providing the level of effort and time required for medium-to-high complexity digital projects and Omni projects. 
  • Partner with MarTech leads to produce the technical approach, estimate, and timing for Omnichannel programs. 
  • Set up and manage Jira boards for assigned projects and brands. 
  • Define and track communication streams with internal teams, client, data providers, and third-party development teams as needed. 
  • Define and track the development process with internal teams, client, data providers, and third-party development teams through the project lifecycle. 
What it takes:     
  • 6-8 years of digital production experience in an agency environment with a background in pharmaceutical and digital marketing (can be combination of client and agency experience). 
  • Manage up to three (3) direct reports providing guidance on career progression plan.  
  • Advanced knowledge of digital production, the development lifecycle and project management methods and tools, and a solid understanding of relevant software technologies. 
  • Advanced knowledge of key web mobile, SMS, and email development and design best practices. 
  • Advanced knowledge of Veeva CRM and RTEs. 
  • Advanced knowledge of ADA and WCAG standards and best practices. 
  • Advanced knowledge of requirements gathering and documentation. 
  • Advanced knowledge of QA/UAT process across multichannel and Omnichannel. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Workamajig, and Jira. 
  • A team player with strong time-management skills, the ability to motivate others to deliver excellence, and poise and focus under pressure. 
  • Ability to thrive and lead in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
