What to Expect
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering data - driven, customer - centric digital marketing strategies and programs across the full customer lifecycle. This role leverages Salesforce Marketing Cloud for lifecycle activation and journey optimization with Adobe Experience Cloud for digital experience management, behavioral analytics, and experimentation to enhance the customer lifetime value, brand equity and loyalty retention. Operating within an automotive captive finance environment, this role partners closely with CRM, Digital, Analytics, IT, Compliance, and OEM stakeholders to ensure digital programs are personalized, measurable, compliant, and scalable across multiple brands and customer touchpoints.
What You Will Do
1. Lifecycle & Marketing Execution
• Lead execution of lifecycle marketing programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Deliver desired outcomes for each customer lifecycle stage including acquisition, retention, renewal, and cross - sell.
• Ensure marketing campaigns align with OEM brand standards, dealer marketing models, and compliance requirements.
• Support integrated, omni-channel marketing strategies through digital channels to build brand awareness, dealer engagement, and customer loyalty.
2. Journey Orchestration & Personalization
• Coordinate cross - channel journeys by aligning Salesforce Marketing Cloud communications with Adobe - powered digital experiences.
• Develop personalization strategies using behavioral insights from Adobe Analytics and targeting capabilities across platforms.
• Collaborate with analytics and UX teams to improve journey relevance, cadence, and customer experience consistency.
3. Analytics, Audience Strategy & Optimization
• Partner with analytics teams to assess customer behavior, journey performance, creative effectiveness, and funnel performance.
• Collaborate with customer experience and data stakeholders to define, activate, and refine customer audiences.
• Ensure consistent audience definitions, measurement frameworks, and data alignment across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe platforms, and enterprise data sources.
• Support experimentation and optimization initiatives, including A/B testing across customer communications and digital experiences.
4. Creative Collaboration & Asset Enablement
• Partner closely with Creative, Brand, and External Agency teams using Adobe Creative Cloud tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma workflows) to support efficient creative development.
• Ensure creative assets are designed for performance, personalization, and reuse across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe - powered experiences.
• Support creative testing strategies by enabling variant development for email, on - site, and landing - page experiences.
• Provide digital and performance requirements to creative teams to ensure assets are optimized for channel, format, and user experience.
Qualifications
What You Will Bring
• Minimum 5-7 years' progressive experience in digital marketing experience, CRM marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
• Hands - on experience executing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or Figma
• Automotive or financial services industries preferred .
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related discipline.
• MBA a plus.
• Working knowledge of current digital, digital media, and technology trends.
• Deep understanding of content marketing, email marketing, and SEO marketing concepts and strategies.
• Proven data - driven thinker with a creative mindset, equally comfortable analyzing metrics and generating novel ideas for effective digital marketing strategies
• Strong project management and Agile development skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to establish a high level of credibility with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to leadership.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Copilot).
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Strong orientation toward results coupled with reputation for integrity and sound judgment.
• Must have the ability to challenge, when appropriate, existing practices.
Work Environment
