Job description

The primary focus of this role will be to acquire new BPO clients on the core retail domain business processes Merchandizing, Supply Chain, Digital / Marketing and Store operations etc. The individual is expected to create new leads by reaching out to the various business CXO Chief Merchandizing office, Chief Digital Officer, Chief Supply Chain office, Chief Operations Manager etc. in existing or new accounts and help set up their BPO operations to drive both efficiencies and effectiveness in day-to-day business operations.
The expected individual should ideally have worked in a similar role at Director/ VP/SVP level with a leading Retailer handling their Merchandizing, Digital or supply Chain operations and then moved to a BPO industry player in a sales role. The individual will be expected to create and build new business connects, identify customer problems and create proactive sales pitches to help create new opportunities and convert them into large deals.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field from US Institution; MBA preferred.
Minimum 15 -20 years experience in managing core retail domain functions with a proven track record of sales in Retail BPO
Salary Range: $147,100-$199,100 a year
