Job Summary
The Research Digital Communications Specialist will serve as liaison between healthcare system marketing department, researchers, clinicians, sponsors, donors, the public, and others, and provides support to the Research Institute marketing operations be compiling, formatting, summarizing information, content, reports, newsletters, presentations, and other marketing type materials as needed for a variety of audiences. Works closely with the Marketing and Digital Development team to ensure proper testing and implementation. Works closely with Research Institute management to conceptualize creative ideas.
Required Qualifications
- Require a bachelor's degree preferably in Health Care Administration, Research, Marketing, or related field.
- Require a minimum of two (2) years of communications and/or digital development and/or previous brand management field experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prefer previous work experience in a research, academic, or related setting, as well as, experience with research communications.
- Prefer excellent verbal and written articulation.
- Prefer excellent and professional customer service skills.
- Prefer knowledge of working with Content Management System Platform, development of text and content for technology, including the ability to write and edit copy, and incorporate elements of graphic design, as well as knowledge and familiarity with HTML, Adobe Creative Suite. Balsamiq, and Canva.
- Prefer ability to adapt to latest technology and digital trends into a content and research marking strategy planning.
