As a digital lending product leader at Level20, you'll lead a team responsible for the digital product strategy, roadmap, and continued evolution of Oriel, our newly launched personal loan product. In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end digital lending journey, from application and origination to the ongoing borrowing experience, using customer insights, product performance, and business outcomes to guide the product team's priorities and direction while maintaining a customer-focused approach as the business scales. You’ll work cross-functionally with technology, operations, compliance, marketing/acquisition, and business leadership to influence priorities and help guide key decisions that impact the growth of the business. As Oriel continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to define what's next, leading digital product strategy for an emerging lending business and helping shape the experiences, capabilities, and outcomes that drive its future success.

This is a hybrid role in downtown Cleveland, OH (Office Location: 800 W St Clair Ave STE 200, Cleveland, OH 44113) with free parking. Work-from-home days are possible for this position (Monday and Friday).

Minimum qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of 11 years of professional work experience managing the definition and delivery of digital products or services
  • {Or} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 8 years of professional work experience managing the definition and delivery of digital products or services.)

Preferred skills

  • Experience leading digital product strategy and roadmap development for a consumer-facing lending or financial product such as personal loans, unsecured lending, BNPL, credit cards, or auto lending; experience working within fintech or digital banking environments and effectively collaborating with risk partners; experience working in an early-stage, incubator, startup, or rapidly scaling product environment
  • Demonstrated ownership of meaningful portion of the digital customer journey, with a strong understanding of customer behavior, product performance, and conversion metrics to inform product decisions
  • Strong background in Agile product development; experience partnering with technology teams to prioritize product enhancements and translate strategy into execution
  • People leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop others, set direction, and support team growth
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with experience partnering across engineering, analytics, operations, compliance, marketing, and risk functions to deliver customer-centric solutions in a regulated environment; ability to build alignment, navigate competing priorities, and drive direction across cross-functional teams

Compensation

  • $140,000 - $190,000/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
