Job description

Please Read Before Applying
This is not a traditional clock-in, clock-out marketing position. We are seeking an ambitious, resourceful and highly accountable individual who wants to build something meaningful and grow alongside a rapidly expanding healthcare organization.
Our organization values ambition, initiative, tenacity, resilience, creativity, strength and personal ownership. The right person does not wait to be told every next step, allow ordinary barriers to stop progress or accept average-quality work. We want a go-getter who identifies opportunities, solves problems, follows through and goes the extra mile to achieve measurable results.
Please do not apply if you are looking only for a routine 8-to-5 position with narrowly defined responsibilities or if your primary goal is simply to complete assigned tasks. This role is for someone who thinks beyond the assignment, takes responsibility for outcomes and remains engaged until important deliverables are completed properly.
This opportunity is designed for someone who wants to excel, build and lead a high-performing digital-marketing system and advance into greater responsibility as the company grows. Exceptional performance, leadership and measurable impact will create meaningful opportunities for professional growth.
Position Overview
Health Haven and Health Synergy Clinical Research are seeking a hands-on Digital Growth & Healthcare Content Lead to lead our digital marketing, healthcare content, SEO, social-media and lead-generation initiatives.
This is not a position for someone who only schedules posts, forwards assignments to vendors or reports social-media impressions. The successful candidate must be able to develop strategy, create content locally, direct video production, supervise outsourced editors and marketing specialists, improve our online visibility and generate measurable patient and clinical-research leads.
The Digital Growth Lead will work locally with physicians, clinicians, research personnel and other team members to create educational and promotional content. Video editing, graphic design and other production activities may be assigned to remote or international personnel; however, the Digital Growth Lead will remain responsible for the quality, timeliness and performance of every deliverable.
Success will be measured not only by the amount of content published, but also by tangible outcomes such as qualified TMS and Spravato leads, new psychiatric patient inquiries, clinical-research prescreens and enrollments, website conversions and organic search growth.
Primary Responsibilities
Video and Social-Media Content
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and direct local video content featuring physicians, clinicians, healthcare services, educational topics and clinical-research opportunities.
  • Record professional-quality content using smartphones, cameras, microphones, lighting and other production equipment.
  • Develop video concepts, scripts, hooks, interview questions, titles, captions, thumbnails and calls to action.
  • Personally understand video editing sufficiently to evaluate pacing, audio, lighting, transitions, graphics, captions, branding and overall production quality.
  • Direct and manage outsourced video editors while remaining accountable for the final product.
  • Convert long-form videos into platform-specific short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook.
  • Maintain a consistent content calendar and production schedule.
  • Monitor content performance and improve topics, presentation, hooks, thumbnails and calls to action based on data.
  • Ensure that all published content is professional, accurate and consistent with the organization's brand.

Healthcare Content Development
  • Create engaging and understandable content related to psychiatry, mental health, TMS, Spravato, clinical research, medication education, wellness and other healthcare services.
  • Translate complex clinical information into language that patients and families can understand.
  • Collaborate with clinicians to identify frequently asked questions and convert them into videos, articles, social posts and website content.
  • Develop service-specific content that supports patient education and lead generation.
  • Maintain appropriate standards regarding HIPAA, patient privacy, healthcare advertising and medical claims.
  • Coordinate clinical review and approval before publication when required.

SEO and Website Optimization
  • Lead the organization's on-page, off-page, technical and local SEO strategy.
  • Conduct keyword research for high-value behavioral-health services and clinical-research opportunities.
  • Optimize service pages, location pages, articles, physician profiles, video descriptions, metadata, internal links and calls to action.
  • Improve local search visibility through Google Business Profiles, location-specific content, online reviews and accurate business listings.
  • Coordinate with website developers to correct technical SEO, page-speed, indexing, mobile-performance, analytics and conversion issues.
  • Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, engagement, website conversions and lead quality.
  • Develop SEO strategies around TMS, Spravato, psychiatric services and participation in clinical trials.
  • Ensure website content is accurate, current, persuasive and structured to convert visitors into qualified inquiries.

Lead Generation and Conversion
Develop and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads for:
  • TMS evaluations
  • Spravato consultations
  • Outpatient psychiatric services
  • Clinical-research study participation
  • Other behavioral-health and healthcare programs

Other duties as assigned which can include but are not limited to:
  • Create or supervise the development of landing pages, lead forms, videos, calls to action and follow-up campaigns.
  • Collaborate with intake, scheduling and research recruitment teams to track leads from the initial source through contact, scheduling, prescreening, enrollment or treatment initiation.
  • Evaluate lead quality rather than reporting only the number of leads generated.
  • Identify weaknesses in the lead-conversion process and implement corrective actions.
  • Establish reliable tracking to identify which campaign, keyword, video, platform or content asset generated each lead.
  • Use performance data to recommend where the organization should invest its marketing time and budget.
  • Maintain accountability for measurable outcomes-not simply activity, reach or impressions.

Remote-Team and Project Management
  • Recruit, organize and manage outsourced video editors, graphic designers, writers, SEO specialists and other marketing personnel as needed.
  • Convert marketing objectives into clearly defined assignments, deadlines and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain a project-management system showing each project's owner, status, deadline, revisions and final outcome.
  • Review outsourced work for quality, accuracy, brand consistency and completion.
  • Provide specific feedback and ensure required revisions are completed promptly.
  • Maintain organized access to source footage, completed videos, graphics, website assets, account credentials and performance reports.
  • Anticipate and resolve barriers involving missing materials, access, instructions, approvals or unclear ownership.
  • Ensure that outsourced personnel consistently meet production and quality expectations.
  • Remain accountable for the remote team's deliverables rather than attributing missed deadlines or inadequate work to contractors.

Ongoing Monthly Deliverables
  • Following the initial setup period, expected deliverables will generally include:
  • Approximately 12-20 high-quality short-form videos per month for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook.
  • Approximately 2-4 substantive YouTube videos per month.
  • A continuously maintained 30-day content calendar showing topics, recording dates, assigned editors, approval status and publication dates.
  • Approximately 4-8 new or substantially improved SEO-focused website pages or articles per month.
  • Consistent weekly content across all priority social-media platforms.
  • Active lead-generation campaigns for TMS, Spravato, clinical research and other priority services.
  • A weekly dashboard covering content production, publication status, reach, engagement, website traffic, keyword performance, leads, lead sources, conversion rates, barriers and next actions.
  • Monthly recommendations based on performance data and organizational priorities.

Content volume alone will not constitute successful performance. Content must be professional, accurate, delivered consistently and connected to measurable growth.
First 30-Day Expectations
Within the first 30 days, the Digital Growth Lead will be expected to:
  • Complete an audit of the organization's websites, social-media accounts, SEO performance, existing content, Google Business Profiles and lead-tracking systems.
  • Develop a written digital-growth strategy for Health Haven and Health Synergy Clinical Research.
  • Establish a repeatable process for planning, recording, editing, reviewing, approving and publishing video content.
  • Implement a 30-day content calendar and project-management dashboard.
  • Establish baseline measurements for SEO, website conversions, social-media performance and lead generation.
  • Begin consistently recording and publishing short-form and long-form video content.
  • Create or improve initial campaigns for TMS, Spravato and priority clinical-research studies.
  • Organize and begin managing a reliable outsourced video-editing and content-support team.
  • Establish lead-source tracking for all major digital campaigns.
  • Present a 30-day performance report detailing completed deliverables, baseline metrics, preliminary results, barriers and the plan for the following 60 days.

Performance Measures
Performance will be evaluated based on:
  • Number and quality of completed videos and content assets
  • Adherence to the content calendar and production deadlines
  • Organic search visibility and priority keyword rankings
  • Website traffic and landing-page conversion rates
  • Qualified TMS and Spravato leads
  • New psychiatric patient inquiries and scheduled appointments
  • Clinical-research leads, prescreens, scheduled visits, show rates and enrollments
  • Cost per qualified lead when paid advertising is used
  • Audience growth, reach and meaningful engagement across priority platforms
  • Accuracy and professionalism of healthcare content
  • Quality and timeliness of remote-team deliverables
  • Reliability of lead-source attribution and performance reporting
  • Ability to identify problems, take ownership and implement solutions without waiting for repeated direction

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience creating video content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or similar platforms.
  • Practical video-production and video-editing experience.
  • Ability to independently evaluate and approve the work of professional video editors.

  • Excellent writing, communication, organization and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining deadlines, quality and accountability.
  • Ability to interpret marketing data and convert it into specific corrective actions.
  • Comfortable working on-site with physicians, clinicians, research teams and administrative personnel.
  • A portfolio or documented examples of videos, content, SEO campaigns and measurable growth outcomes.
  • A demonstrated history of initiative, problem-solving, resilience and personal accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of HIPAA, healthcare advertising, patient privacy and medical-content review.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, TikTok analytics and professional SEO tools.

  • Experience using project-management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp or Trello.

  • Experience recruiting, organizing or supervising an outsourced creative or digital-marketing team.

Applicants should submit:
