Marketing Assistant (Content & Events)
Part-Time | Reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing
Position Summary
The Marketing Assistant (Content & Events) reports directly to the Director of Marketing and works closely with the Marketing Team to support day-to-day marketing initiatives, campaigns, and special projects. This role is responsible for capturing authentic photo and video content at restaurant locations, company events, catering events, and community events, while organizing and maintaining the company's digital marketing assets. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being behind the camera, is highly organized, and is looking to grow their career in marketing.
Key Responsibilities
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos at restaurant locations, catering events, community events, company events, tastings, and other special events.
  • Be flexible and available to attend special events, tastings, and off-site events as needed to ensure key moments are captured.
  • Coordinate with restaurant managers, catering managers, and event managers to identify and capture important moments and content opportunities.
  • Upload, organize, tag, archive, and maintain the company's digital library of photos and videos, ensuring all assets are easily accessible.
  • Develop and maintain efficient systems for organizing both new and existing marketing assets.
  • Identify content opportunities and communicate ideas to the Marketing Team.
  • Support the Marketing Team with marketing initiatives, campaigns, and special projects.
  • Assist with additional marketing projects and administrative tasks as assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing.

What began as a single location has grown into a well-established brand with five restaurant locations, cafรฉ concepts, a full-service catering department, and a private dining program.
