Job description

PlusAI is a Physical AI company pioneering AI-based virtual driver software for factory-built autonomous trucks. Headquartered in Silicon Valley with operations in the United States and Europe, Plus was named by Fast Company as one of the World's Most Innovative Companies. Partners including TRATON GROUP's Scania, MAN, and International brands, Hyundai Motor Company, Iveco Group, Bosch, and DSV are working with Plus to accelerate the deployment of next-generation autonomous trucks. If you're ready to make a huge impact and drive the future of autonomy, Plus is looking for talented individuals to join its fast-growing teams.
Build PlusAI's presence across social and digital, and help make it a company people recognize and follow. This is a builder role. You will define how PlusAI shows up across the platforms where our audiences spend their time, then build the content and community to back it up.
You will work across Marketing, Communications, Investor Relations, and executive leadership to shape how a broad audience, investors included, understands PlusAI's technology, progress, and opportunity. A lot of the job is taking dense technical, business, and financial material and making it clear and worth someone's time. Comfort with investment concepts is a real asset here, though this is not an investor-only role.
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
Build Audience & Awareness
• Grow PlusAI's awareness and reputation across social and digital platforms.
• Build a real presence on X, Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and wherever audiences go next.
• Expand our reach among tech enthusiasts, industry followers, and, where relevant, retail investors and financial voices.
• Find new ways to put PlusAI in front of people around announcements, partnerships, and milestones.
Create Content People Notice
• Produce short-form video, graphics, animations, and written content people actually stop for.
• Take dense topics, AI, autonomous trucking, and when relevant the business and financials, and turn them into something a broad audience wants to watch and share.
• Create content around product launches, partnerships, customer wins, conferences, executive thought leadership, and when needed financial and investor milestones.
• Repurpose presentations, webcasts, and executive interviews into content built for the feed.
Build Our Community
• Turn followers into an informed community that actually understands the business.
• Track conversations, emerging themes, and sentiment across our channels.
• Engage with the audience in a voice that sounds like a person, not a press release.
• Help the audience, investors included when relevant, understand PlusAI's business model, technology, and edge.
Partner Across the Company
• Work closely with Marketing, Communications, Investor Relations, Legal, and executive leadership.
• Help shape how we communicate around major announcements and milestones.
• Keep everything investor-facing inside SEC disclosure rules, including Regulation FD.
We're Looking for Someone Who Has Built Something. We care less about traditional corporate communications experience and more about your ability to build an audience and tell a good story. Maybe you built a big following on X, grew a YouTube or TikTok channel, run a newsletter or podcast people share, or built an online community that shows up. It counts whether you did it on your own or for an employer. Show us what you built. Evidence of creativity, audience growth, and engagement beats a polished resume every time.
Required Skills:
• 1 to 5 years in social media, content creation, digital communications, marketing, or journalism.
• Outstanding writing and storytelling.
• A track record of building an audience or online community.
• A native feel for X, Reddit, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and wherever audiences go next.
• Experience making high-quality video, graphics, and multimedia content.
• An analytical streak. You measure what you publish and make it better.
• The ability to take complex or technical material, business and financial topics included, and make it clear to a general audience.
• Curiosity about AI, technology, and markets.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in AI, enterprise software, mobility, or technology.
• Familiarity with investing or investor communications.
$100,000 - $150,000 a year
Your level and salary will depend on your experience and whatyou bring.
Base salary is one part of the package. You will also be eligible for equity, a performance bonus, comprehensive
medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
Success Will Be Measured By
• Growth of PlusAI's audience and community across the platforms that matter.
• Content that consistently drives real engagement.
• Rising awareness and reach among tech, industry, and, where relevant, investor audiences.
• Measurable gains in digital reach and share of voice.
• PlusAI's growing recognition as a leader in Physical AI and autonomous trucking.
Why Join PlusAI?
You get to build this function from the ground up, working directly with executive leadership.
If you like to experiment, move fast, measure results, and figure out how an AI company should show up on social
and digital, this is that job
Application Requirements
• Current resume, or the closest thing you have to one.
• Links to accounts, newsletters, podcasts, channels, or communities you built or helped grow.
• Three examples of work you are proud of, and a line on why.
Equal Opportunity
PlusAI is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Employment is decided on the basis of merit, competence, and
qualifications, and will not be influenced in any manner by race, color, religion, gender, national origin or ethnicity,
veteran status, disability status, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, or any other legally protected
status.
Your opportunities joining PlusAI
Work, learn and grow in a highly future-oriented, innovative and dynamic field.
Wide range of opportunities for personal and professional development.
Catered free lunch, unlimited snacks and beverages.
Highly competitive salary and benefits package, including 401(k) plan.
