The Disney Entertainment segment includes the company's full portfolio of entertainment media and content businesses globally, including streaming.

The Creator Content & Partnerships team oversees the strategy and execution of paid and organic influencer campaigns to amplify digital marketing efforts across The Walt Disney Studios (and wider TWDC). Our Creative Strategy, Influencer Relations and Campaign Execution teams lead full-service, 360-marketing solutions partnering with relevant, brand safe influencers for various activations - custom content, premieres, experiential events, mailers, etc. Using industry best practices and innovative strategies, this team is tasked with developing and delivering engaging and impactful creator content at scale.

Job Overview:

The Creator Content & Partnerships Associate Manager supports the development and execution of creator marketing initiatives across The Walt Disney Company. This role contributes to the creative development of creator campaigns from audience research and insights through campaign execution, helping ensure programs are culturally relevant, innovative, and aligned with business objectives across Disney's portfolio of brands.

As a member of the Disney Entertainment Creator Marketing team, the Associate Manager supports creative strategy, campaign ideation, creator communications, and execution across assigned initiatives. Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners, this role helps execute creator campaigns across earned, owned, and paid channels while maintaining creative consistency and brand integrity.

Supporting the evolving entertainment and creator landscape, this role leverages audience insights, cultural trends, and performance data to inform creator marketing strategies and identify opportunities to engage audiences. This role also contributes to the creator vertical content pipeline on Disney+, helping integrate creator content initiatives into broader partnership strategies. Through collaboration, creativity, and strong execution, the Associate Manager supports the continued growth and success of Disney's creator marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Project Management and Execution, including maintaining relationships with external platform teams, influencer talent, talent reps and agencies, and supporting the successful execution of creator partnerships and campaign activations across earned, owned, and paid channels.
  • Collaborate with Influencer Team Leads (Talent Relations and Creative Strategy) to determine creative and program strategy, contributing to campaign ideation, strategic frameworks, creative concepts, and best practices that help optimize campaign performance.
  • Support creative development from research through execution, contributing to creator campaigns from audience research and insights through delivery while helping ensure programs are culturally relevant, innovative, brand safe, and aligned with business objectives across Disney's portfolio of brands.
  • Maintain creative consistency and brand integrity, ensuring creator content authentically reflects Disney's brands and storytelling standards throughout campaign planning and creative development.
  • Monitor the creator landscape, tracking emerging platforms, creator trends, digital behaviors, and cultural trends-and applying audience insights and performance data-to inform creator marketing strategies and support campaign planning and content development.
  • Contribute to the creator vertical content pipeline on Disney+, helping integrate creator content initiatives into broader partnership strategies.
  • Create reporting presentations and compile campaign performance metrics. Evaluate and help maintain the team's campaign database and metrics records to drive valuable insights.
  • Develop presentations and materials for cross-functional teams and leadership, including creative recommendations, campaign narratives, and performance recaps.
  • Partner across functions-working closely with Campaign Strategy, Marketing, Events, Publicity, Production, and other internal partners-to improve creative workflows, support creator discovery and brainstorming sessions, and evolve campaign processes that strengthen creator collaboration, improve efficiency, and drive audience engagement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 3 year's experience in the digital space with a focus on influencer/creator marketing or media campaigns and strategy
  • Proven track record working with influencer talent (digital and/or traditional) and talent representatives. Ideally has relationships or experience fostering relationships with talent management teams (agents, managers, publicists) across different industries.
  • Experience with and knowledge of short-form video platforms Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat. Familiarity with back-end publishing and platform analytics tools (i.e. metrics, paid media).
  • Experience working with legal and finance partners to facilitate contracting and vendor payments.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, able to strategize marketing initiatives while navigating changing digital landscapes and influencer relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communicator and collaborator able to manage programs with teams of diverse working and communication styles.
  • Organized and strong project manager able to execute multiple projects simultaneously with high level of attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent level of experience.
The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $87,100 to $116,800 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
